The AOC Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur is the largest AOC in France, in the world even, with an area of approximately 40,000 hectares and two million hectoliters produced. This AOC is a regional appellation which groups together the 56 appellations that makes up the Bordeaux wine region.
