Tomato crumble with fennel

Ingredients :

  • 1 tin of tomatoes
  • ½ a fennel
  • 75 gr. bread-crumbs
  • 30 gr. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic
  • Basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg


Preparation :

  1. Open the tin of tomatoes and chop them in four
  2. Oil a dish and rub with garlic
  3. Add the tomatoes and the fennel in slices
  4. Fry, add salt and pepper, sprinkle with basil and a drop of olive oil, cover and allow to stew for
  5. 20 minutes in the oven (th. 6/180°C)
  6. Mix the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl with a fork, and fry in a frying-pan
  7. Set out the tomatoes in a dish and cover with the bread crumb mixture.
  8. Enjoy straight away ….with a Sweet Bordeaux
