Banana crisp sweets

Ingredients :

  • 10 Brick sheets TABLIER BLANC
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 40 gr butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ teaspoonful cinnamon
  • 3 pinches ginger ( optional)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pimiento

Preparation :

  • Fry the bananas (very hot pan) with 2X20 gr butter. Add the cinnamon and some pimiento and allow cooking for 5 minutes
  • Cut the bananas in dispose them on kitchen roll to dry
  • Butter a Brick sheet and cut it into 3 stripes 8 cm wide. In the middle and bottom part of each strip (be very careful not to spread any along the side) dispose a few pieces of bananas and spread some egg preparation
  • Roll into a tube and fasten each end to make a “parcel”. Dispose on a baking tray and warm for 10-15 minutes until they are crisp and colored

A trick :

Put them on a tray and sprinkle with ginger.
