Press lunch in Hong Kong


On October 25, discover the best agreements cheeses and Bordeaux sweet wines!

A wine and cheese pairing lunch will be organised at «On dining Kitchen and Lounge» for food and wine journalists and local gourmets to experience the perfect match of Bordeaux sweet wines and French cheese.

The winemakers will join the lunch table:  7 wines from AOC Sauternes, AOC Loupiac, AOC Graves Superieures, AOC Cadillac and AOC Premieres Côtes de Bordeaux will be served.

The cheesemaker (expert in cheese) Jeremy Evrard, will explain all the characteristics of the cheeses and the agreement that he will propose with each AOC.

In French and English gastronomy, ripening cheeses are the foods with intense flavor really recurrent.

Sweet wines are thus a good choice.
